My Journey
Sherry Valentine-Rushing is a Reiki Master, Mental & Emotional Release (MER) practitioner and meditation guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner peace and personal power.
Her journey into healing began during a challenging season of life that led her to search for deeper understanding, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. Through that journey, she discovered the profound impact of energy healing, emotional release work, and meditation.
Today, through Empowered Healing Souls, Sherry guides individuals in gently releasing limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions, and emotional burdens that may be holding them back.
Her work blends, Reiki healings, Mental & Emotional Release, meditation, and personal growth practices to support the mind, body, and spirit.
